The three-day method
The Collective runs four retreats a year. Each one works through a quarter of the High Potential OS live, with your cohort, pressure-tested against your actual business.
Day One
We don't start with the business. We start with the person running it. Health, sleep, relationships, identity. The inputs that determine every output. Most leaders skip this. That's why they plateau.
Day Two
Vision and north stars set. The initiatives that move the needle named, pressure-tested, with owners and dates on everything. The decision you've been circling for three months gets made in this room, on this day. Repeatedly.
Day Three
Morning: every person locks their commitments out loud, to the room. Afternoon: yours. Reflect, recover, let it settle. You drive home clear, not wired. The room watched you commit. That's the accountability that makes the next quarter different.
